does this not seem pretty messed up
so every year there is a all-star breakfast for all of the girls who made
the section all-star team. last year as a junior l made the all-star team,
thus attended the breakfast. at the breakfast they have a special
presentation for all of the players who scored 1000 points that year. its
usually about 5 girls, give or take. they all get called up together and
get a special plaque.knowing l was within reach of this accomplishment for
my senior year, l got really excited, because for me there was something really cool about being called up with the sections best players who have also reached that great milestone. so come my senior year, l do score 1000 points. well yeah, guess what, l wasnt even selected for the all-star team this year. all the other 1000 point scorers were. im not even invited to the breakfast that they present the award at. isnt that messed up? l still dont even understand how l didnt make it. l was the 2nd highest scorer in the league averaging 20 points and 6 rebounds as a guard, and was 3rd for 3 pointers. isnt it messed up though that l wont get to accept my award?l hope they still at least call my name so people know l did it. my team was pretty terrible..i was the only returning starter, and the majority of the girls had never played before..soo we only won 4 games, l guess thats probably the reason l got no recognition, because my team sucked, but still

recognize you, go win the championship!!! i will wish you good luck.
That is not cool. you should be an all-star. But at the end of
the day, what really matters it that you helped your team win games,
right?
